Introducing James Blasteroid

James is Italian writer and editor Giovanni Barbieri. He’s been writing for mainstream comics in Italy since 1992. He’s the only writer to work with Italian, world-famed cartoonist Vittorio Giardino (published in the USA by NBM and winner of a Harvey Award in 1999). He’s also written for animated TV series (Pop Pixie and Winx Club, broadcast in the USA by Nickelodeon) and teaches at TheSIGN Comics and Arts Academy in Florence. He wrote for Dylan Dog (soon to be a TV series produced by Steve Wan) and collaborated with Leo Ortolani and Milo Manara among others.
